People & Site
Diploma-qualified sub-engineers for day-to-day site control, quantity recording and supervision of trade works — the layer where most projects are actually won or lost.
Overview
Sub-engineers carry more of a project's daily reality than any other role. They set out the work, check what the trades are doing, record what was built and keep the measurement current. A strong sub-engineer prevents problems that never appear in any report; a weak one generates rework and unusable records that surface months later.
We place diploma-qualified sub-engineers screened specifically for site discipline and recording accuracy — not just technical knowledge. Every candidate is verified for qualification and referenced with previous site supervisors on how they actually performed, day to day.
Scope
Every element below is covered as standard. Anything outside it is quoted separately and agreed before we begin.
Daily supervision of trade works against drawings and specification, with issues raised before they are built in.
Line, level and grid control from the established reference, checked and recorded rather than assumed.
Daily and weekly recording of executed quantity in the format that feeds the measurement book directly.
Receipt checking, quantity verification against delivery notes and storage condition monitoring.
Sequencing between trades to prevent the rework that comes from work being done in the wrong order.
Structured daily report covering labour, plant, work executed, weather and events — the raw material of every future claim.
Our Approach
01
We assess how a candidate records work, not only whether they understand it. Unusable records are the expensive failure mode here.
02
Our deployed sub-engineers report in a consistent structure, so your office is not reconciling six different handwriting styles.
03
DoR, DUDBC and municipal recording formats differ. We brief deployed staff on the format your specific contract requires.

A bidding document, a contract, a stalled bill, a stack of unrecorded measurements — whatever the position, a senior engineer will review it and come back within one working day with a written assessment, a timeline and a fixed price. There is no charge for this and nothing to sign.
