01 — Enquiry & Scoping
STAGE 01 · Typically 1 working day
Send us the bidding document, the contract, or simply a description of the problem. Within one working day a senior engineer reviews it and comes back with what is actually required, what it will take, and what it will cost.
STAGE 02 · Typically 1–2 working days
You receive a written scope listing every deliverable, the delivery date for each, the named engineer responsible, and the fee. Once you accept, that document governs the engagement — it does not quietly change halfway through.
STAGE 03 · Day 1 of the engagement
We set up a secure project workspace and issue a single consolidated information request — drawings, specifications, correspondence, prior bills, site records. One list, one time, so your team is not chased repeatedly.
STAGE 04 · The bulk of the programme
The assigned team executes the work — take-off, rate build-up, drafting, documentation, claim preparation. You receive a short progress note at agreed intervals, and immediate escalation the moment we find something that changes your position.
STAGE 05 · Before anything reaches you
A second engineer who did not produce the work checks it against source documents and, for tenders, against the instructions to bidders clause by clause. Nothing reaches you until it has cleared this gate — including when the deadline is tight.
STAGE 06 · Delivery plus 30 days
Deliverables are handed over in both editable and final formats, with the working files included so you are never locked in. We stay available for clarifications, evaluation queries and follow-up submissions at no extra charge for thirty days.

Every enquiry receives a substantive reply from a senior engineer within one working day — not an acknowledgement, an actual answer.
You will know who is doing your work, and you can call them directly. Handovers are announced in advance, never discovered.
No hourly meter, no scope creep invoice at month end, and no charge for the calls and questions that any engagement generates.
Native working files come with every deliverable — spreadsheets with formulas intact, CAD files, analysis models, programme files.
If we find a problem in your position — an unclaimable quantity, an expired notice, an unsupportable rate — you hear it the day we find it.
NDA before documents, segregated workspaces, and a standing refusal to work on both sides of any package. We have declined work to hold this.
