A civil engineer on site is doing three jobs at once: making sure the work is built correctly, making sure it is recorded correctly, and making sure the client's representative agrees with both. Engineers who are strong on the first and weak on the second cost their employers money quietly, month after month.
We place civil engineers from graduate level through to senior project engineers, screened for exactly that combination. Every candidate is verified for Nepal Engineering Council registration, checked for genuine experience in your project type, and referenced with previous supervisors on the specific competencies your role requires.

What the service includes

Site engineers
Three to seven years of experience, running day-to-day execution, setting out, quality control and progress recording.
Senior and project engineers
Eight years and above, taking responsibility for delivery, client interface, subcontractor coordination and commercial position.
Billing and contract engineers
Engineers specialised in measurement, billing, variation and claim work rather than execution.
Design office engineers
Engineers for drawing production, quantity take-off and technical documentation in your own office.
Interim and cover placements
Short-term cover for resignation, leave or a workload peak, without a permanent commitment.

+977 1 4538 720Both. Many clients start with a project-duration deployment and convert to permanent employment afterwards, which we encourage and facilitate rather than obstruct.
Yes — bridge, hydropower, water supply, high-rise and road experience are all represented on the panel. Tell us the project type and we will match against genuine, referenced experience.
On deployment we handle contracting and payroll and invoice you monthly. The engineer reports to your project management and follows your site procedures.
